Driven by the engine crankshaft via gears, it compresses external air and delivers it to the air TANK. This provides high-pressure air (typically 0.7-0.8MPa) to power pneumatic systems including the vehicle's braking system (air brakes), clutch assist, and door controls.

Cooling & Lubrication: Some models integrate an oil cooling channel, utilizing engine oil for compressor lubrication and cooling. An oil-air separator is installed at the exhaust port to reduce oil residue in compressed air.


Maintenance Key Points: Regularly clean the air filter (to prevent debris from entering the cylinder and wearing the piston). Check the pressure setting of the pressure regulator. If discharge volume is insufficient, inspect the piston ring seals or cylinder wear.
